Tenzin Dorjee, Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Political Science at Columbia University and last year’s SIWPS Inaugural Stephanie G. Neuman Security Studies Fellow has been awarded a  2023 Charlotte W. Newcombe Doctoral Dissertation Fellowship.
