Saltzman Institute USAWC Fellow Yesenia Hutcher has been selected for a merit based promotion to Colonel. The promotion ceremony will be held after she moves to her new duty station in Ft. Eustis, Virgina, where she will serve as the Director of the Chief Initiatives Group (CIG) for the Commanding General of US Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC).
