SIWPS Director and Adjunct Senior Fellow for National Security Studies at the Council on Foreign Relations Richard Betts took part in a CFR “Media Conference Call” on January 10th. The event involved Dr. Betts and Dr. Max Boot, a CFR Senior Fellow for National Security Studies, taking questions from the public in an open forum. The suject of the event was “Obama’s Defense Strategy.”
