Masoma Sherazi is a PhD candidate in International Relations at the London School of Economics and Political Science. Her research examines the motivations that shape decision making in international organizations. She is particularly interested in the conditions under which one type of motivational influence explains decisions in relation to others. Masoma holds several years of experience in international politics and international development. Prior to embarking on her PhD, she served at the United Nations Development Programme in Namibia. She has also worked in the European Parliament in Brussels and in the House of Commons in London. She has further held research positions in the private and non-profit sectors. Masoma holds an LLM from the LSE and an MA in International Studies from Durham University.
