Griffin Utz is from Larchmont, New York and is pursuing a degree in Political Science with a concentration in Psychology. Griffin previously served as the Vice President of the Military Veterans of Columbia University. Prior to coming to Columbia, he served four years in the US Army’s 75th Ranger Regiment, with deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. Griffin’s research interests include applying psychology to diplomacy, the climate and refugee crises, and political philosophy in the 21st century.
