The editors of Idea’s on Europe‘s blog “European Geostrategy” have published an interview with Saltzman Member Kenneth Waltz. In the interview, Dr. Waltz discusses the “rising powers” China, India, and Brazil, pointing out that since none of them have reached great power status “international politics is quite boring.” He also questions the significance of an Iranian nuclear weapon and talks about the change–or lack thereof–in the modern international system.

The interview is available at “European Geostrategy”.
