Gilles Dorronsoro, Professor of Political Science at the Sorbonne and non-resident scholar at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, author of  “Afghanistan, Unending Revolution” (Hurst and Columbia, 2005);
Arthur Quesnay, Ph.D. candidate in Political Science at the Sorbonne, Research Fellow at the French Institute for Near East (Ifpo) and analyst at Noria Research.
Together, they are currently finishing a forthcoming book on the Syrian Revolution and Civil War. They authored several articles including “Building a State in Time of Civil War,” Carnegie Endowment for International Peace (2013), and “Between Al Qaeda and the Syrian Regime,” New America Foundation (2013).
