Dan Keyserling

Senior Advisor to Chairman of Alphabet

(formerly known as Google)

Dan Keyserling is the chief of staff of Jigsaw, also known as Google Ideas, the company’s think tank and tech incubator. Its teams of engineers, research scientists, product managers, and issue experts work to counter violent extremism, thwart online censorship, and defend against threats associated with digital attacks. In 2016, the company expanded Jigsaw’s mission to include technology incubation. Prior to joining Google in 2010, Mr. Keyserling worked for The New York Times and the University of Virginia Center for Politics. Mr. Keyserling received a BA in political and social thought from the University of Virginia and an MBA at NYU Stern School of Business.
