Book Description:

In Technology Governance: Build Trust in Digital Innovation, Daniel Dobrygowski, a Columbia adjunct professor, cyber and AI legal leader, and former Head of Governance and Trust at the World Economic Forum, defines technology governance as a system spanning global governance, technology regulation, and corporate governance. The book bridges policy and practice, offering guidance for leaders in business and in government on making technology choices that earn digital trust. The chapter “Digital Trust in a Mistrustful World” examines shifting regulatory and geopolitical landscapes, while the book’s treatment of AI, quantum, and cybersecurity speaks to today’s pressing global debates about who shapes, oversees, and is accountable for technology.
