On April 14, Saltzman Institute member Erica Lonergan provided expert testimony to the National Academy of Science, Engineering, and Medicine’s study of the Organizational Models for the Cyber Forces of the U.S. Armed Forces. The study was directed in Section 1544 of the FY25 NDAA to evaluate alternative organizational models for the cyber forces of the Armed Forces.
