The Saltzman Institute’s Departmental Research Assistant, Arastoo Taslim, has written a policy proposal for the American Iranian Council (AIC), where he is a Research Associate. The AIC published the proposal, titled “Expanding U.S.-Iran Cooperation to Forge a Power-Sharing Deal in Yemen,” on its website.

Taslim is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in International Affairs from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs, with a concentration in International Security Policy and Conflict Resolution. He holds a BA in Politics and Middle Eastern Studies from New York University.
