Fanny Lutz holds a Master in Political Sciences/International Relations from the Université Catholique de Louvain (Belgium). She is a Ph.D. candidate at the same institution and conducts a research about the strategic culture of Israel. Besides being a researcher, she has been heading the International Office of Saint-Louis University – Brussels (USL-B) for five years and gives lectures in European Studies and Theories of International Relations at the USL-B and in other High Education institutions in Belgium. She also created and still coordinates a hybrid training to prepare future Belgian diplomats to the examination and their career.
