Saltzman Associate Research Scholar Sibghatullah Ghaznawi and Columbia PhD candidate Julian Gerez have been named the 2023-24 Stephanie G. Neuman Fellows in Comparative Defense Studies at the Saltzman Institute of War and Peace Studies. The fellowship was established in 2020 in honor of the late Stephanie G.
