Eva d’Ambrosio is a 2022-23 Collum Davis Fellow at the School of International and Public Affairs. She is a Foreign Service Officer at the U.S. Department of State. Throughout her 11 year career, she has worked at the U.S. embassies in India, Turkey, and the United Arab Emirates. Most recently, while assigned to the U.S. Mission to the United Nations, she represented the U.S. in UN Security Council negotiations over sanctions on ISIS, Al Qaeda, the Taliban, Somalia, Yemen, and Iran.
She is an Adjunct Lecturer at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs through the Collum Davis Fellowship. She is leading a graduate seminar on sanctions and humanitarian assistance. She holds a B.A.  from Indiana University, where she studied economics and Turkish.
